How to Pay Your Rent
Residents may submit Rent Payments using the following options:
- Pay online through Rent Café. See below for more information.
- Payments via credit/debit card, check, or money order.
- Pay at our office during office hours, or by calling 931.388.5203
- Payments via credit/debit card, check or money order. (Note: A 3% processing fee applies for all credit card transactions).

- Pay by Walk-in Payment System (WIPS) at any designated retail location: CVS, Kroger, Walgreens or Wal-Mart.
- Payments via cash (Note: must contact our office for payment code)

To pay your rent online through Rent Cafe, please choose your community from the list below:
Please note that you must have an email address and create a password to use the Rent Café online payment and account system. If it is your first time using the system, please contact us for the Registration Code. Please keep your email address and password in a safe place because CHRC does not have access to this confidential and secure information.
