The Columbia Housing & Redevelopment Corporation's (CHRC) objective is to provide affordable decent, safe, and sanitary housing opportunities to low and moderate-income families, including elderly and handicapped persons, while supporting programs to foster economic self-sufficiency. 

Unfortunately, CHRC does not provide Emergency Housing. However, for a list of local resources that may be able to assist in accessing emergency housing, please visit our Emergency Housing page.
