2026 Annual Recertification (September 1 – November 30, 2025)

CHRC Residents: Please begin preparing for the upcoming 2026 Annual Recertification's starting September 1 to November 30, 2025. 
Residents will receive an AR packet to complete soon. 

What Time Is It?
It is time to gather ALL your INFO! It does NOT matter when you moved in.. It is a MUST for EVERY resident.

The following list includes the documents you can start gathering to prepare:

1. Employment stubs and income verification from your employer
2. Child support case numbers ready
3. Social security letters, cannot be dated prior to September 1st, 2024
4. 6 months of checking account (consecutive) & 1 month of savings.
5. Unemployment statement

YOU will receive information in the next few weeks of everything you will need. The above is a few ideas of items you can start gathering. Call the office if you have questions. 

ALSO, you can complete the Recertification online just like you did last year. More information to come out for when you can begin the process
