CHRC Administrative Assistant Job Opening
CHRC currently has an opening for an Administrative Assistant (full-time) position.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for processing maintenance work orders received from residents, accepting and processing rental payments and maintaining the Tenant Accounts Receivables (TAR). Duties also include providing front desk customer service and administrative support services for the Administration Office. These tasks are to be performed in compliance with HUD RAD-eligible Physical Condition Assessments and National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE).
