NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS

October 22 - 23, 2025

Columbia Housing and Redevelopment Corporation is accepting applications for our affordable housing waiting list.
This is for two (2), three (3), and four (4) bedroom apartments only.

To qualify under the HUD Section 8 Multifamily/LITHC subsidized program, you must meet the Household income limits below:

FY 2025 50% HUD Income Limit

• 1 Person - $33,000
• 2 Person - $37,650
• 3 Person - $42,400
• 4 Person - $47,100
• 5 Person - $50,900

Any person(s) interested in applying have two options:

1. Apply online at Rent Café
2. Visit the main office at 101 Penny Avenue in Columbia, TN to pick up an application and return it before October 23 at 4 pm.
   Applications are received from 8 pm to 4 pm on the dates listed above.
   Our office is closed for lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm daily.

Please compete the entire application and submit all required documentation.
Incomplete applications will be denied.
