CHRC Maintenance Mechanic Job Opening

CHRC currently has an opening for a Maintenance Mechanic (full-time) position. 

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for semi-skilled to skilled maintenance of buildings, facilities, grounds, and light equipment. Performs carpentry, electrical, plumbing, welding, and general repairs and maintenance on mechanical equipment or machinery in response to service requests. These tasks are to be performed in compliance with HUD RAD-eligible Physical Condition Assessments and National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE).

The Maintenance Mechanic position has a salary range $40,000-$50,000 with an attractive benefit package.
