Columbia Housing and Redevelopment Corporation is accepting applications for our affordable housing waiting list for one- to five- bedroom apartments. To qualify for the HUD Section 8 Multifamily/LITHC program, you must meet the HUD income limits and eligibility screening requirements.
Use one of these convenient options available to apply:
- Apply online at www.chrc-tn.org/how-to-apply (please check back to this page once the waiting list is open)
- Visit the main office at 101 Penny Avenue in Columbia, TN to pick up an application and return it by August 20, 2026
Applications are received from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on the dates listed above.
Our office is closed for lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm daily.
Please complete the entire application and submit all required documentation.
Incomplete applications will be denied.
